On Wednesday, May 25, we are forming Work Groups to complete the following:

- Identify chair/co-chair if needed

- Assign scribe

- Make introductions

- Discuss questions: 

1. What should the focus of the work group be? (Read description) 

2. What is the need for your work group? 

3. What does a win look like in one year? Five years? 

4. What resources are needed? (People, Funding, etc.) 

5. Who else should be part of the work group? 

6. What are the barriers to success? 

7. When will you meet?
